In Case of an Emergency If you have an emergency outside of our regular business hours, we ask that you contact the emergency facility listed below. Breeders Please note: if you have a dog/cat that is close to whelping/queening, you must inform the staff of West Brant Animal Hospital prior to the weeknight or weekend of their due date so that our staff can be made available to you. If staff are not made aware, the veterinarian and technician will not carry a pager and you will therefore need to take your pet to the Brant Norfolk After Hours Care facility for services and care. |

After Hours This clinic is open and staffed during all hours that we are closed including holidays. Please try to call ahead prior to bringing your pet to the after hours facility. An emergency fee will apply to all cases seen and payment for all services are due in full up front. There are no fees associated with calling in for advice. The clinic is owned by the veterinarians in Brantford (including ourselves) and operated by trained and licensed veterinarians and technicians. The clinic will forward a copy of all records to our facility the following day from your visit or call. It is the owners responsibility to provide patient transfer between BNVC and West Brant. |
